Howdy! I’m an Utah-based furry artist and animator going to college for game development and animation. My current major projects outside of school are Mycellium Arcana and the Frühlingsgebürt universe.

Terms of Service
General
When commissioning me, you are required to have the following prepared beforehand:
- a clear and accurate reference
- a solid idea of what you want

I do not do sexual NSFW work or vent art. Please do not ask me to as I am not comfortable with it.

If any terms listed in this TOS are broken at any point in the commission process, you may be blacklisted and any current commissions may be cancelled.
Art Usage
You may not use my art for NFTs or AI art generators. Your rights to use any piece I have created will be revoked, and you will be blacklisted.

I will likely run the finished piece to be posted online through Nightshade in order to protect it from being stolen for AI image generator training. You will receive both the “poisoned” and regular image upon full payment in order to have something to safely post as well should you choose to do so.

You may not use my art without permission or without proper credit. (@Felidae_Studios on Instagram, Felidae-Studios on FurAffinity, or FelidaeStudios on Toyhou.se).

You may not make edits of my work without permission.

You may not trace over my art and use it for exposure or profit - tracing STRICTLY for drawing practice is perfectly fine.

I hold every right to use commissioned art to promote myself in any way I deem necessary (posting, advertising, etc).

The commissioner of the artwork has permission to use the artwork for personal use ONLY.

I will not be selling the commercial rights to any commissioner / person under any circumstance.
Art Process
Please act in a respectful and professional manner; I will act the same in return.

Please know what you want when commissioning me, I will not make decisions for you.
🐾
Do not rush me. You may ask for progress shots if I am inactive, but please do not ask me to rush the art.

I do not work with deadlines. If you are commissioning me with a deadline in mind I cannot guarantee it will be finished in time.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and/or cancel a commission at any point.
🐾
I have every right to file a complaint against you if you attempt to scam me.
Payment
You will be given two options for payment: half at lineart stage and half at completion, or full at lineart stage. I will not negotiate this.

Please do not commission me if you do not have the funds to pay for the commission.

I will only accept USD payments through PayPal to my business account. I will not do friends and family transactions.

Filing a chargeback will result in: loss of the right to use whatever art I create for you, immediate listing on my public blacklist, and I will have every right to sell the artwork I have created to potential buyers.

If I cancel the commission for any reason, I will refund your money in full.
🐾
If you, the commissioner, cancel the commission for any reason after all or partial payment has been sent, you will not receive a refund.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but will require proof of circumstances and will not be given out constantly.

YCH
YCH comms will be priced as they come up. The price will be a flat rate for a lineart and flat color piece, though additional payment for shading can be discussed.

All listed prices are base prices for one character and are subject to change based on a variety of factors such as:
